Terms of use
Terms of use for the public search of Ospitra Nexus, including in ChatGPT and other AI assistants, and for the website ospitra.com. Last updated: October 2026.
This English version is provided for convenience. The German version prevails. Open German version
1 Scope and provider
These terms apply when you use the public search of Ospitra Nexus, directly or through an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, and when you visit the website ospitra.com. The provider is billiton internet services GmbH, Tölzer Str. 1, 82031 Grünwald, Germany (see legal notice). Hotels, software providers and agent platforms that register with Nexus are additionally bound by the terms of use with the annex for their type of organisation, shown at registration.
2 What Nexus does
Nexus helps you find independent hotels. It shows information on rooms, facilities and rate plans and, on request, checks availability for travel dates and occupancy. Nexus does not book and does not take payments, including in ChatGPT. Prices in search results are indicative. A binding offer always comes from the hotel, and the contract for the accommodation is concluded solely between you and the hotel. The public search is free of charge. There is no entitlement to any particular availability of the service or to the inclusion of particular hotels.
3 Source and currency of information
Every result states where its information comes from and how current it is: Information from public sources: hotel master data only, availability unknown, enquiry to the hotel possible. Checked via the public booking engine: availability as of the time of the check, not an offer; booking on the hotel's website. Directly connected to the hotel: information from the hotel's own system, with timestamp. Directly bookable: only for hotels that have explicitly enabled it. An observed price is the most recently observed price and not an offer.
4 Order of results
Results are ordered by distance or price, as the request asks; ties are broken by a fixed identifier. Any fee a hotel pays to Ospitra never affects the order. Quality scores are not used.
5 Permitted use
You may use Nexus to search for accommodation. Systematic extraction of the index, circumventing limits and any use that overloads or disrupts the service are not permitted. Requests are limited per origin. In case of misuse we may restrict or block access for an origin.
6 Hotels in the index
Nexus lists hotels that have not claimed their entry with public business information only, marked "Information from public sources, not confirmed by the hotel". We do not take photos or descriptions. A hotel can claim its entry and maintain it, or have it removed without giving reasons: via the link "Remove entry" on the entry or by email to nexus@ospitra.com from an address on the hotel website's domain. We remove the entry within 48 hours. Details are in the privacy notice.
7 Liability
As the public search is free of charge, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence and for damage arising from injury to life, body or health. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected. Each hotel is responsible for its own information, prices and services.
8 Changes
We may change these terms with effect for the future. The version shown on this page at the time of use applies. Registered organisations are subject to the notice periods in their terms of use.
9 Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of billiton internet services GmbH.
